Huge Flaw

This is a nice looking jacket but with a huge flaw - the zipper does not stay zipped. I bought to keep my dog warm during the December 2022 arctic blast. However, the zipper kept coming undone and rendered the jacket useless. I would also have liked something a little more insulated. I do not recommend this product.

At Tomlinson's we have a 100% guarantee on all products and would be happy to return or exchange this product for you. We are hoping this is a one time issue that is caused by a manufacturer defect. We will pass this on to fabdog as a precaution just so they are aware of this issue as well.
