My two cats (sisters) eat this as a topper and love it. The black one will eat just about any meat, the tuxedo is very very picky. My tux only liked plain chicken treats at first - freeze-dried raw chicken. This formulation has fish oil in it, and she wouldn't touch it at first.
Long story short, I pinched one of the nuggets and shredded it onto her food while sister was busy eating her portion. She tried it, but only after she smelled it broken up. The black one is also the dominant of the two, so my tux made sure she was in the clear to eat. After a few "trainings," my tux comes running for them now.
