Bought the wrong item? Pup decided he doesn't enjoy the recipe? We understand.

We accept free returns at any Tomlinson's location.

Whether purchased online or in-store, bring your items for return into any one of our stores for a refund with proof of purchase, or an exchange (of equal value).

Refunds are processed immediately and may take up to 10 days to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

PS - Wonder what we do with returned items? If deemed safe and useable, we donate them to local rescues where they feed hungry pets!
