I've selected Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery. When will my order arrive?

Our deliveries typically arrive between 1:00 PM and 7:30 PM Monday through Friday, and between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM on weekends.

I'm interested in ordering online and have an in-store Pet Club membership. Can I get my discount online?

Absolutely. Head over to the Claiming Your Existing Pet Club Account page to find a step-by-step guide for how to get your discount online.

I'd like to order frozen food for delivery. Do I need to be at home when my order arrives?

Yes. We require a signature upon delivery for all frozen items. The delivery driver will call before pickup to let you know they are on the way.

If our normal delivery windows do not work for you, please email howdy@tomlinsons.com with your name and order number to see if a special arrangement can be worked out.

I normally buy my food by the case. Will I receive a case discount when I shop online?

Unfortunately, no. Due to technical limitations, case discounts remain an in-store perk. But, if you have questions about making sure you get the best deal possible, email us at howdy@tomlinsons.com.

I can't find the my special order items on the site. Can I still have those delivered?

Yes! If you are looking for a one time delivery on your special order, call your neighborhood Tomlinson's and pay for those items over the phone. As long as you're in our delivery area, we can get those items to your door!

I'd like my food delivered every month. Does Tomlinson's offer subscriptions for pet food?

We do! We offer subscriptions on do food, cat food, chicken feed, and cat litter! Want more details? Head over to our Autoship Details page for more information!

Will my online purchases count towards my food's frequent buyer program?

Save your email confirmation as your receipt and the barcode from your bag and your online purchase will count toward your frequent buyer total, along with any in-store purchase.

Please note that free bags resulting from frequent buyer programs must be redeemed in-store and not online.

I received a coupon for 15% off my online purchase. Can I combine this with my Pet Club discount?

I don't live in Austin, Texas. Can you ship my order to me?

Absolutely! We offer shipping via UPS to anywhere in the United States. Please note that we are unable to ship frozen items.
