My chickens (mainly hens, but even some pullets/ cockerels end up eating this) love this feed as their daily breakfast! They snack on some after laying their eggs, but mainly supplement with bugs in the yard and grasses, while the grackles and squirrels happily feed on their Coyote Creek food the remainder of the day, lol.

My current chickens (2 years old) love the layer pellets. My first hens (2009) preferred the layer mash. No clue why. But my chickens stay happy and healthy on Coyote Creek Farms feed
