We have used various frozen foods and used to make it from scratch before there were commercial options. Steve's arrived in great shape. I have bought other brands that clearly had thawed and then were refrozen. I don't know where that happened, but it is super annoying as you can't separate the patties if that happens. My dogs are picky. They eat this stuff up right away.

Our pup loves the Steves frozen turkey patties. He has a dinner bell in his tummy and lets us know at 5pm it's dinner time. To store in freezer I divide case into pkgs of 4 patties and use 1/2 gal freezer bags to stack up. Make sure to wash bags before reusing.
