Zen Pet Zen Collar for Dogs is a premium protective collar that is designed to protect your pet from reaching injuries, rashes, or post surgery wounds. The ZenCollar has an inflatable inner bladder made of a plastic vinyl that is inflated through a two-way air valve much like a beach ball. Once inflated, the size and thickness of the ZenCollar function as a soft deterrent. The inner bladder is protected by a pliable plastic outer jacket lined with a durable canvas material to resist bites and scratches.

United StatesBetter Cone Alternative
Our 1 year old Golden Retriever was spayed and she hates the cone so I purchased this as an alternative so she could wear post surgery. It was much more tolerable and she seemed more at peace with this on. She could occasionally pop it off but it has an adjustable strap and it is easy to put on/off. The only downside is that it is an inflatable and she played with it and ended up puncturing a hole. The outer sleeve is great but she still punctured through it unfortunately.

United StatesPerfect for our short dog
Probably should have ordered a size down, but this was still sooooo much better than the cone of shame. Our 7 month old corgi was getting stuck in the tile grout, on carpets, everything because a regular cone was so wide. You could tell she didn’t love the Zen Collar, but she could see and walk/run through the house and not get stuck every few feet

Beatrice a 41-lb border collie had knee surgery and we had a cone that she seemed to hate. When we put the Zen collar on, she seemed instantly happier and more upbeat. It is a much better design and we are happy to see her spirits lifted. We give four stars for her happiness but still want to make sure it works as well as it is supposed to for preventing her from licking at her sutures.

The small donut fit my 9 pound dog really well and she was much more comfortable than she was in the plastic cone the vet gave her. She never tried to get out of it so I'm not sure how well it would work with a more active dog. But for a senior dog it's like having an airport pillow on.
