Claim Your Existing Pet Club Account

Thanks for being a Pet Club Member!

If you signed up in-store but this is your first time ordering online, we'll need link your email address to your Pet Club account. 

Enter the phone number associated with your Pet Club to find your account and add your email address:

Once your email is linked, you'll immediately receive an email to activate your account. In the email, click "Activate Your Account."

You're all set! You'll be taken straight to the online store where you should see your Pet Club price automatically reflected on all eligible items. 

Having trouble? Simply email howdy@tomlinsons.com with your name and Pet Club details. We'll get things fixed for you lickety split.
