If you signed up for an account in-store, claiming your membership online is easy.
We'll need to ensure that your email address is associated with your Pet Club account.
If you've already given your email address in-store, or receive our monthly newsletters, you should be all set.
If not, simply email [email protected] with your name and Pet Club details. We'll quickly add your email to your Pet Club, and you'll be set for the next steps.
How to Claim Your Account
Once your email is tied to your account, simply follow the below steps:
- Head to the Create Account page.
- Enter your name, email associated with your Pet Club, and a password.
- Click "Create."
- You'll immediately receive an email to activate your account.
- In the email, click "Activate Your Account."
You're all set! You'll be taken straight to the online store where you should see your Pet Club price automatically reflected on all eligible items.
Having trouble with this process?
The culprit is typically:
- There is a different email associated with your Pet Club account.
- There is no email associated with your Pet Club account.
- Your annual Pet Club membership is expired.
Either way, email us at [email protected] with your name, Pet Club details, and the issue you're experiencing.
