I just moved to Austin and went to Tomlinson's for the first time to get my dog Winston some treats. I could not have been more impressed with the staff. Immediately upon entering, every staff member made us feel welcome. I was asked what I was looking for and had someone personally walk me around to discuss options. They were kind, patient and attentive. This will be our regular spot. Thank you Tomlinson's staff! You are all amazing!

You feel good purchasing anything from this store because brands are ethical & truly in the best interest of all breeds. Staff is attentive & welcoming, Sam helped me find brands I trust to switch to for my dogs nutrition. She was kind enough to help me set up a membership & help carry out my purchases to my car. Exchanges/returns are super flexible which tells me they care about clients & their satisfaction. My new favorite place to shop for my golden! High quality service & product :)
